• We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking or at the session, depending on the service.

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Stripe (credit/debit cards). Prices are subject to change; however, any changes will not affect bookings already confirmed at the previous price.
